Oceans Resort Whitianga

The resort looked nice, be a great place to spend more than one night. So you can take the time to enjoy the pool and tennis court. I think a winter getaway here is a great time not really busy. We had a comfortable stay, the beach is right there. Was a nice morning walk. Never been to whitianga so we enjoyed wondering around. We drove around to the lost springs thermal spa we were booked for 4.30pm. We then found dinner at smittys sports bar, also very close home to bed 9pm shattered. Up and drove around to find food. Public holiday so alot of places closed being a Monday that's normal in hospitality. We found a bakery was good for family of 5 adults. Nice on my pocket! Drove to hot water beach next day, after check out. Spent a few hours here, then carried on our way back home.

The quiet and security. Excellent view of beach and bay and stunning sunsets from 3rd storey bedroom. Fully equipped and tastefully decorated apartment. Close proximity to waterfront, interesting shops, gourmet cafes & restaurants, ferries and an outstanding museum. Approachable, friendly, highly competent manager who genuinely cares about her clients' comfort. Thank you, Jacqueline!

Apartment was HUGE! (122sq). Very clean and the attention to detail was impeccable. Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash in the bathroom, sliding mirror, washing machine, dryer, 2 beds, Netflix, recliner lounge suites, amazing tea selections, plates and cuttrely, value for money, I cant say enough!

Location was amazing, close to beachfront eateries and literally walking distance to the Lost Spring. Place was clean and safe and alot more spacious than we anticipated. Check in and out was simple and receptionist was very sweet and friendly

Great location only 2 minutes from the lovely beach. Very well equipped and spacious apartment. Nice to have washing machine and tumble dryer. Nice pool on site.
